VIREPA Distance Education Courses

Support from the MICHAEL FOUNDATION

European applicants who cannot afford the full registration fee may apply for support from the MICHAEL FOUNDATION, Germany. The Foundation is willing to cover 50% of the course fee for a limited number of participants.

The MICHAEL FOUNDATION support is only given on the condition that one is accepted into the VIREPA course.

VIREPA Courses

The deadline for the following courses has been reached, applications for support for these courses are no longer possible:

EEG in the Diagnosis & Management of Epilepsy - Basic (January 2026)
Neuroimaging for Epilepsy Diagnosis & Management (November 2025)
EEG in the Diagnosis & Management of Epilepsy – Advanced (October 2025)
EEG in the Diagnosis & Management of Epilepsy – Pediatric (October 2025)
EEG in the Diagnosis & Management of Epilepsy - Basic (October 2025)

The application must include:

Your age
Daily practice and professional career specific to the VIREPA course for which application is being made
Current employment
A personal letter of motivation specific to the VIREPA course and for the application for grant

The papers/documents can be uploaded after your application has been submitted to the MICHAEL FOUNDATION (see below).

After submitting your application, you will receive an email with a password-protected link and all the necessary information to upload your documents (PDF recommended).

Applications must be received at the latest four weeks before the start of the VIREPA course at the MICHAEL FOUNDATION. See Deadlines.

A decision on the application can only be made after VIREPA has confirmed your admission to the course.
